If you’re only going to buy just one at this time and you are interested in looking at a map with lots of detail, then I would say buy The Compleat Ankh-Morpork. Like old school street maps with many, many folds. However, don’t misunderstand, each book is made up of 128 pages full of ‘in universe’ info and only one map each (not entirely true, there are 6 pages of more detailed maps of The Shades in ‘The Compleat Ankh-Morepork). But they are not collections of old maps they are newly produced, more detailed, maps. Well, close.‘The Compleat Discworld Atlas’ and ‘The Compleat Ankh-Morpork’ are the two biggest and most ‘compleat’.
